Board your international flight and begin your journey to Kenya, where awe-inspiring landscapes and wildlife adventures await.

Day 2 – Wednesday

Arrive in Nairobi

Arrive in Nairobi, Kenya’s vibrant capital and the gateway to your safari adventure. Transfer to your hotel, settle in, and take the rest of the day to rest and acclimate.

Day 3 – Thursday

Giraffe Center, Elephant Orphanage & Karen Blixen Museum

Today, immerse yourself in Kenya’s remarkable wildlife and culture:

• Giraffe Center – Hand-feed Rothschild giraffes from an elevated platform and learn about conservation programs.

• Sheldrick Elephant Orphanage – Observe orphan elephants being cared for and prepared for life in the wild. (May be substituted with Nairobi Animal Orphanage.)

• Karen Blixen Museum – Tour the historic farmhouse of the author of Out of Africa.

• Kazuri Beads Workshop – Witness artisans creating handmade African jewelry from Mt. Kenya clay.

End the day with an orientation meeting and dinner at a local restaurant.

Day 4 – Friday

Evening Game Drive in Samburu National Park

Travel north to Samburu National Park, famed for its unique wildlife found only in northern Kenya: giraffe, zebra, beisa oryx, and the long-necked gerenuk. Look out for lions, cheetahs, and leopards during an evening game drive along the Ewaso Nyiro River. Stop en route for lunch at the Trout Tree Restaurant.

Day 5 – Saturday

Full Day Game Drives in Samburu

Enjoy morning and afternoon game drives exploring different areas of Samburu. Spot elephants, lions, ostriches, and endemic species in their natural habitat. Return to your lodge for leisure and dinner.

Day 6 – Sunday

Aberdare National Park & The Ark Tree Lodge

Travel southwest to Aberdare National Park. After lunch, ascend to The Ark, an iconic tree lodge overlooking a floodlit watering hole. Watch elephants, buffalo, and a variety of wildlife from multiple balconies and photographic hideaways. A unique experience for day and night wildlife observation.

Day 7 – Monday

Lake Nakuru National Park

Drive to Lake Nakuru National Park, famous for flamingos, pelicans, and rich birdlife. Ascend Baboon Rocks for panoramic views and spot rhinos, warthogs, and waterbucks. Continue to Lake Naivasha for evening relaxation at your lodge.

Day 8 – Tuesday

Lake Naivasha Boat Tour & Cooking Class

Embark on a tranquil boat tour on Lake Naivasha, home to hippos, herons, and fish eagles. Later, participate in a hands-on cooking class led by a local chef, preparing and tasting authentic Kenyan dishes. Afternoon at leisure.

Day 9 – Wednesday

Masai Mara National Reserve – Morning & Afternoon Game Drives

Drive to Masai Mara National Reserve, one of Africa’s premier wildlife destinations. Stop at a local school if time permits. After lunch at your camp, set out for an afternoon game drive, spotting lions, elephants, buffalo, and abundant savannah wildlife.

Day 10 – Thursday

Full Day Game Drives in Masai Mara

Spend the day in search of the Big Five: lion, elephant, buffalo, leopard, and rhino. Observe antelopes, gazelles, hippos, and a variety of birdlife. End the day with a farewell dinner at the camp, celebrating your unforgettable safari experience.

Day 11 – Friday

Depart Kenya

Return to Nairobi for your departure flight. Early evening passengers are transferred directly to the airport, while late departures enjoy a day-use hotel room before transfer. Ensure flights depart no earlier than 6:30 PM.
