Welcome to Lisbon, one of Europe’s oldest and most atmospheric cities. Famous for its colorful neighborhoods, historic trams, and spectacular viewpoints, Lisbon blends centuries of maritime history with modern cosmopolitan energy.

Upon arrival, transfer to your hotel. Most flights arrive early morning; if your room is not yet ready, leave your luggage with the concierge and begin exploring the surrounding neighborhoods.

In the evening, meet your Tour Manager and fellow travelers at an orientation meeting followed by a welcome dinner.

Day 3 – Tuesday

Lisbon City Tour & Optional Sintra Excursion

Start your day with a panoramic city tour of Lisbon.

Your first stop is Eduardo VII Park, where you’ll enjoy breathtaking views over the city’s rolling hills and the majestic Tagus River.

Continue to the iconic Belém Tower, a UNESCO World Heritage Site and symbol of Portugal’s Age of Discovery.

Then visit the magnificent Jerónimos Monastery, an architectural masterpiece of Manueline style and the resting place of explorer Vasco da Gama.

The afternoon is free to explore Lisbon at your own pace.

Optional Tour – Sintra Royal Palaces

Join an optional excursion to Sintra, a romantic hill town filled with fairy-tale palaces and lush landscapes. Visit the Sintra National Palace, known for its distinctive twin chimneys and remarkable tile collections.

Stroll through Sintra’s charming historic center before returning to Lisbon.

Day 4 – Wednesday

Excursion to Évora – UNESCO Heritage City

Today travel to the historic city of Évora, located in the scenic Alentejo region.

Explore this beautifully preserved town surrounded by medieval walls.

Medieval Óbidos, Pilgrimage City of Fátima & Tomar

Travel north through the scenic Portuguese countryside.

First stop: Óbidos, one of Portugal’s most picturesque villages. Walk along cobblestone streets lined with whitewashed houses and colorful flowers.

Continue to Fátima, one of the world’s most important Catholic pilgrimage destinations. Visit the magnificent Sanctuary of Fátima, built to commemorate the apparitions of the Virgin Mary in 1917.

Your journey continues to Tomar, once the headquarters of the Knights Templar.

Visit the spectacular Convent of Christ, a UNESCO World Heritage Site and former stronghold of the Knights Templar.

Dinner tonight at a local restaurant.

Day 6 – Friday

Coimbra University & Porto City Tour

Depart Tomar and travel to Coimbra, home to one of Europe’s oldest universities.

Continue to Porto, the birthplace of world-famous port wine.

After free time for lunch, enjoy a guided city tour including:
