Pick-up from Kayseri or Nevşehir Airport or from Cappadocia hotels. Your first encounter with Cappadocia’s almost Martian-like landscape begins in Devrent Valley, famous for its imaginative rock formations.
Continue to:
Paşabağ (Monks Valley), renowned for its iconic fairy chimneys
Avanos, the center of traditional terracotta and pottery art
After lunch, visit the world-famous Göreme Open-Air Museum, showcasing Cappadocia’s finest examples of Byzantine rock-cut churches and frescoes.
End the day at Uçhisar Rock Castle, the highest viewpoint in the region, offering breathtaking panoramic views of Cappadocia’s valleys.

Hiking | Early Christian Heritage | Underground Life
After breakfast, depart for a full-day exploration of Cappadocia’s hidden valleys.
Highlights include:
Red Valley, with spectacular rock formations and cave churches
A 5 km hike through Güllüdere Valley, surrounded by fairy chimneys
Çavuşin Village, one of the oldest settlements in Cappadocia, with abandoned rock-cut dwellings and hermitages
After lunch, visit Pigeon Valley, known for its cliffside pigeon houses, followed by Kaymaklı Underground City—one of Cappadocia’s most fascinating subterranean settlements. Originally carved with eight levels (four open to visitors), this city once sheltered up to 5,000 people and is still partly used today for storage and cellars.
On the way back, stop at Ortahisar Natural Castle, another impressive volcanic formation.

Seljuk Capital | Whirling Dervishes | Scenic Anatolia
After breakfast, depart for Konya, the former capital of the Seljuk Empire.
Visits include:
Mevlana Mausoleum, the resting place of Rumi, the great mystic poet and founder of the Whirling Dervishes
Sultan Han Caravanserai, a magnificent 13th-century Seljuk trading post
In the late afternoon, continue your journey to Pamukkale (approx. 6 hours), enjoying scenic views of the Central Anatolian countryside.

After breakfast, explore Pamukkale, once known as Hierapolis, famous for its healing thermal waters and dazzling white travertine terraces, often called the “Petrified Waterfalls.”

Continue to the House of the Virgin Mary, believed to be where she spent her final years, and finally stop at the Temple of Artemis (Diana), once one of the Seven Wonders of the Ancient World.
