Experience the natural beauty and rich history of Turkey’s Black Sea region on this perfectly balanced 4-day tour, combining breathtaking landscapes, cultural landmarks, and local traditions.

Day 1: Istanbul → Trabzon | Sumela Monastery & Karaca Cave

Early morning pick-up from your hotel in Istanbul and transfer to the airport for your flight to Trabzon. Upon arrival, meet your professional guide and begin your Black Sea adventure.

Our first visit is Sumela Monastery, dramatically built into the cliffs of Karadağ within Altındere National Park. This centuries-old Greek Orthodox monastery is one of the most iconic landmarks of the region.

Afterward, we drive through Zigana Mountain Pass and visit Karaca Cave near Torul, Gümüşhane. The cave offers a spectacular display of stalactites, stalagmites, columns, and natural formations.

We then continue along the historic Iran Transit Road to Hamsiköy, famous for its delicious local rice pudding. Enjoy free time to taste this regional specialty and relax with tea at a traditional village café.

Tour ends around 18:00. Transfer to your hotel.
Overnight in Trabzon

Day 2: Uzungöl Tour (B)

After breakfast, departure around 10:00.

• Visit Sürmene, known for its traditional handmade knives

• Stop at a tea factory in Rize/Trabzon to learn about Turkey’s tea production

• Visit a horse farm in Çaykara

We then arrive at Uzungöl, one of the most beautiful nature parks in the Black Sea region. Surrounded by forests and mountains, the lake offers unforgettable scenery.

• Visit waterfalls

• Free time to walk around the lake

• Drive to Karaster Plateau for panoramic photos of Uzungöl

Return to Trabzon in the evening.
Overnight in Trabzon

Day 3: Ayder Plateau Tour (B)

After breakfast, we head toward Ayder Plateau, passing through tea-covered hills and scenic coastal views.

• Visit a local weaving workshop to see traditional hand-made fabrics

• Arrive at Fırtına Valley, famous for its river, bridges, and rafting activities

  • Optional zipline experience

• Visit Palovit Waterfall

• Explore Çamlıhemşin – Şenyuva Village, a filming location for popular TV series

Upon arrival at Ayder Plateau, enjoy free time for photography, walking, and soaking in the alpine atmosphere.

Return to Trabzon in the evening.

Day 4: Trabzon City Tour → Istanbul (B)

After breakfast, departure at 10:00 for a Trabzon city tour:
