Early morning pickup from your Istanbul hotel (around 04:00 AM) and transfer to the domestic airport for your flight to Kayseri or Nevşehir (departure between 06:00 – 07:30 AM).
Upon arrival, meet your professional licensed guide and begin the North Cappadocia Tour.
Your first stop is Devrent Valley, famous for its imaginative rock formations resembling animals and human figures. Continue to Pasabag (Monks Valley), home to Cappadocia’s most iconic mushroom-shaped fairy chimneys.
Next, visit Avanos, a charming town renowned for its centuries-old pottery tradition along the Kızılırmak River. After lunch, explore the historic Zelve Open-Air Museum, featuring abandoned cave dwellings, tunnels, and churches carved into volcanic rock.
End the tour with a panoramic photo stop overlooking Uchisar Castle, the highest natural viewpoint in Cappadocia.
Transfer to your cave hotel around 4:00 PM. The evening is free, or you may choose one optional activity (extra cost):

Optional early morning hot air balloon flight over Cappadocia (extra cost, weather permitting).
After breakfast, depart around 09:30 AM for the South Cappadocia Tour.
Begin with a scenic hike through the Red Valley and Rose Valley, passing rock-cut churches and vibrant volcanic landscapes. Continue to Çavuşin Village, one of the oldest settlements in the region, known for its abandoned houses and cave churches.
After lunch, visit Pigeon Valley, offering breathtaking views filled with ancient pigeon houses carved into cliffs. In the afternoon, explore either Kaymakli or Özkonak Underground City, where early Christians once lived in hidden multi-level complexes.
Return to your hotel around 4:00 PM.
Overnight in Cappadocia

After breakfast and hotel check-out, depart for the Green Cappadocia Tour.
Start at Esentepe Panorama, offering stunning views over Göreme Valley. Continue to Derinkuyu Underground City, the deepest excavated underground city in Turkey, featuring ancient ventilation systems, living quarters, and communal spaces.
Next, enjoy a 4 km walk through Ihlara Valley, a peaceful canyon lined with rock-cut churches and a flowing river. Lunch is served riverside in Belisirma Village.
Visit the impressive Selime Monastery, the largest rock-cut monastery complex in Cappadocia, followed by panoramic views at Yaprakhisar, a dramatic valley often used as a movie backdrop.
In the evening, transfer to the airport for your flight to Izmir (via Istanbul if required).
Overnight in Kusadasi

After breakfast, depart around 08:30 AM for a full-day guided tour of Ephesus, one of the world’s best-preserved ancient cities.
Begin at the Temple of Artemis, once one of the Seven Wonders of the Ancient World. Continue into Ephesus Ancient City, walking along marble streets and exploring highlights such as the Library of Celsus, Great Theater, Roman Baths, and Agora.
After lunch, visit the sacred House of the Virgin Mary, a pilgrimage site revered by Christians and Muslims alike. End the tour at the elegant Isa Bey Mosque, a masterpiece of Seljuk architecture.
Transfer to Izmir Airport for your evening flight back to Istanbul (approximately 1.5 hours).
