Your adventure begins as you depart for South Africa, the gateway to one of the world’s most diverse travel destinations. Prepare for an extraordinary journey filled with wildlife, natural wonders, and vibrant cultures.

Day 2 – Wednesday

Arrive in Cape Town – South Africa’s Iconic “Mother City”

Upon arrival in Cape Town, transfer to your hotel while admiring the majestic Table Mountain, the iconic landmark that defines the city’s skyline. Spend the rest of the day at leisure to unwind or explore the vibrant seaside atmosphere.

Day 3 – Thursday

Cape Town City Tour & Robben Island Excursion

Start the day with a half-day guided city tour of Cape Town, featuring the city’s most famous landmarks:

  • Scenic Kloof Nek Pass

  • Table Mountain (ascend via cable car, weather permitting)

  • Historic Castle of Good Hope

  • City Hall & Grand Parade

  • St. George’s Cathedral

Next, explore the bustling V&A Waterfront at your leisure, followed by a ferry ride to Robben Island, a UNESCO World Heritage Site. Tour the historic prison where Nelson Mandela was incarcerated and learn the story of South Africa’s struggle for freedom.

Cape Peninsula Full-Day Tour & Boulders Beach Penguins

Embark on a full-day Cape Peninsula tour, witnessing the dramatic landscapes of the Cape of Good Hope Nature Reserve. Travel along scenic coastal roads to the legendary Cape of Good Hope, then on to Simon’s Town for lunch.

Visit Boulders Beach to meet the adorable African penguin colony in their natural habitat.

Flight to Durban & St. Lucia Estuary Wildlife Cruise

Fly to Durban and transfer to St. Lucia, part of the UNESCO-listed iSimangaliso Wetland Park.

Afternoon: Game-viewing boat cruise on the St. Lucia Estuary, home to:

Day 7 – Monday

Hluhluwe-Imfolozi Game Reserve Safari & Travel to eSwatini

After breakfast, enjoy a morning safari in Hluhluwe-Imfolozi Game Reserve, famous for black and white rhino conservation and home to Africa’s Big Five: lion, leopard, elephant, Cape buffalo, and rhino.

Time permitting, visit a local school, then continue to the Kingdom of eSwatini. Stop at a handicraft market en route to your hotel.

Day 8 – Tuesday

eSwatini Cultural Experience & Matsamo Village

Visit Ngwenya Glass Factory to watch skilled artisans craft beautiful African animals and tableware from recycled glass.

Then, cross back into South Africa and visit Matsamo Cultural Village, where you will enjoy:

  • Traditional Swati cuisine

  • Dance and song performances

  • Insight into local customs and traditions

Arrive at your hotel in Hazyview in the evening.
