Day 1 – Tuesday

Depart for Zambia

Your unforgettable African safari adventure begins today as you depart for Lusaka, the vibrant capital of Zambia.

Relax on your overnight international flight and prepare to explore some of the most spectacular wildlife destinations in Southern Africa.


Day 2 – Wednesday

Welcome to Lusaka

Arrive in Lusaka, Zambia’s dynamic capital city, where modern urban energy meets the beauty of the surrounding countryside.

After arrival, transfer to your hotel nestled in the lush Zambian landscape. The remainder of the day is yours to relax and recover from your journey.

This evening at approximately 6 PM, meet your Tour Manager and fellow travelers during an orientation meeting followed by a welcome dinner.

Day 3 – Thursday

Flight to Lower Zambezi National Park

This morning, transfer to the airport for a scenic flight to Lower Zambezi National Park, one of Africa’s most pristine and wildlife-rich safari destinations.

Upon arrival, check into your lodge located directly on the banks of the magnificent Zambezi River.

Enjoy lunch at the lodge before settling in and relaxing. Later in the afternoon, indulge in a classic safari afternoon tea, featuring a selection of teas served with sweet pastries and savory treats.

Dinner will be served at the lodge overlooking the river.

Day 4 – Friday

Morning Safari Game Drive & Zambezi River Cruise

Rise early for your first exciting safari game drive in the wilderness of Lower Zambezi National Park.

Travel in open safari vehicles in search of incredible wildlife including:

  • Giraffes

  • Buffalo

  • Warthogs

  • Antelope species

Return to the lodge for lunch and relaxation before heading out on a river safari cruise along the Zambezi River.

As you glide across the water, watch for wildlife gathering along the riverbanks including:

  • Hundreds of bird species

Return to the lodge for dinner and relaxation under the African sky.

Day 6 – Sunday

Morning Game Drive • Flight to Livingstone • Mukuni Village

Start the day with another thrilling morning game drive before transferring to the airport for your flight to Livingstone, the gateway to Victoria Falls.

In the afternoon, visit the traditional Mukuni Village, where you will gain insight into local Zambian culture and daily life.

Meet community members and learn about their customs, traditions, and history during this meaningful cultural experience.

The evening is free for leisure.

Day 7 – Monday

Border Crossing to Zimbabwe • Hwange National Park

Today cross the border into Zimbabwe and continue to Hwange National Park, the country’s largest and most famous wildlife reserve.

Hwange is home to an extraordinary diversity of wildlife including over:

  • 100 species of mammals

  • Nearly 400 species of birds

Arrive at the lodge in time for lunch before heading out for an afternoon safari in search of the park’s legendary African elephant herds.

Day 8 – Tuesday

Hwange National Park Safari Game Drives

Wake up to the sounds of the African wilderness before embarking on a morning safari drive through Hwange’s rugged and beautiful landscapes.

  • Rhino

After lunch at the lodge, set out again for an afternoon safari exploring another area of the park.

Continue your wildlife adventure with another full day of game viewing.

Relax at the lodge between safaris before gathering for dinner.

Day 10 – Thursday

Travel to Victoria Falls & Sunset Cruise

Today travel to the spectacular Victoria Falls, a UNESCO World Heritage Site and one of the most awe-inspiring natural wonders on Earth.

After arriving at your hotel and settling in, enjoy a relaxing sunset cruise on the Zambezi River, where you may encounter elephants, buffalo, and other wildlife along the shoreline.

Day 11 – Friday

Guided Tour of Victoria Falls

This morning enjoy a guided walking tour of the majestic Victoria Falls, often referred to as “The Smoke That Thunders.”

Walk through the lush rainforest to viewpoints overlooking the powerful cascades. During the tour you will see the statue of explorer David Livingstone, who introduced the falls to the outside world in the 19th century.

The rest of the day is free for optional activities such as:

  • Helicopter flights over the falls

  • Adventure excursions

  • Local craft markets

Tonight enjoy a farewell dinner with your Tour Manager.

Flight to Johannesburg

Transfer to the airport for your flight to Johannesburg, South Africa’s largest city.

Departure

Take the hotel shuttle to the airport for your international departure flight home.
