12 Days Istanbul – Gallipoli – Troy – Ephesus – Pamukkale – Antalya – Konya – Cappadocia Tour

A grand journey through Türkiye’s ancient civilizations, superbly preserved historical monuments, breathtaking valleys, and beautiful Mediterranean coastlines.


Day 1 – Istanbul

Upon arrival at Istanbul Airport, you will be met by our staff and transferred to your hotel.
The remainder of the day is free to explore this fascinating city at your own pace.
Overnight in Istanbul.


Day 2 – Istanbul | Half-Day Bosphorus Tour (B)

After breakfast, you will be picked up from your hotel for a half-day morning Bosphorus tour.

Highlights include:

  • Spice Market

  • Golden Horn

  • City Walls

  • Bosphorus Cruise – a scenic boat journey between Europe and Asia

At the end of the tour, return to your hotel. The afternoon is free for personal exploration.
Overnight in Istanbul.


Day 3 – Gallipoli Tour (L)

Early morning pick-up from your hotel (06:30 – 07:00) and departure for Gallipoli.

The Gallipoli Peninsula, now peaceful and forested, remains a deeply moving site for Turks and international visitors—especially Australians and New Zealanders.

Visit:

  • Dardanelles

  • Brighton Beach & Beach Cemetery

  • ANZAC Cove & Arıburnu Cemetery

  • ANZAC Commemorative Site

  • Respect to Mehmetçik Statue

  • Lone Pine Australian Memorial

After the tour, transfer to your hotel.
Overnight in Çanakkale or Eceabat.


Day 4 – Troy Tour ✧ Transfer to Kuşadası (B)

After breakfast, depart for a guided tour of Troy, the legendary city of the Trojan War described in Homer’s Iliad.

Visit:

  • The 5,000-year-old archaeological site

  • Megaron houses

  • Roman theatre & Bouleuterion

  • Ancient city walls

  • Site museum

  • Reconstructed wooden Trojan Horse

After the tour, travel by comfortable air-conditioned bus to Kuşadası (approx. 6 hours).
Transfer to hotel upon arrival.
Overnight in Kuşadası.


Day 5 – Ephesus Tour (B / L)

After breakfast, begin a full-day guided tour of Ephesus, one of the best-preserved Greco-Roman cities in the world.

Visit:

  • İsa Bey Mosque

  • Temple of Artemis (one of the Seven Wonders of the Ancient World)

  • Ephesus Ancient City, including:

    • Celsus Library

    • Agora

    • Grand Theater

    • Odeon

    • Trajan Fountain

    • Temple of Domitian

    • Roman Latrines

After lunch, visit the House of the Virgin Mary, believed to be her final residence.

Transfer to hotel after the tour.
Overnight in Kuşadası or Selçuk.


Day 6 – Pamukkale & Hierapolis ✧ Transfer to Antalya (B / L)

After breakfast, depart for Pamukkale, famous for its white travertine terraces formed by thermal spring waters.

Visit:

  • Pamukkale Travertines (Cotton Castle)

  • Ancient City of Hierapolis

  • Necropolis with over 1,200 tombs

  • Sacred Pool (Cleopatra’s Pool)

After the tour, travel by bus to Antalya (approx. 4 hours).
Transfer to hotel upon arrival.
Overnight in Antalya.


Day 7 – Antalya | Perge – Aspendos – Side Tour (B / L)

After breakfast, depart for a full-day guided tour.

Visit:

  • Perge Ancient City – city walls, agora, theatre, stadium

  • Kursunlu Waterfalls – natural beauty and relaxation

  • Aspendos Theatre – one of the best-preserved Roman theatres

  • Side Ancient City – historic harbour, ruins, and sandy beaches

Return to hotel at the end of the tour.
Overnight in Antalya.


Day 8 – Antalya ✧ Konya (B)

After breakfast, transfer to the bus station and travel to Konya (approx. 6 hours), passing through the magnificent Taurus Mountains.

Upon arrival, transfer to your hotel. Free time to explore:

  • Mevlana Museum

  • Historic bazaars

  • Aziziye Mosque

  • Local boutique shops

Konya is one of the oldest continuously inhabited cities in the world, dating back to Çatalhöyük (7000 BC). It is the spiritual home of Mevlana Jalaluddin Rumi, the great philosopher, poet, and humanist.

Optional local cuisine to try:

  • Etli Ekmek (Turkish flatbread)

  • Fırın Kebabı

Overnight in Konya.


Day 9 – Konya ✧ Cappadocia (B)

After breakfast, free time to visit on your own:

  • Alaeddin Mosque

  • Karatay Museum

  • İnce Minare Museum

In the afternoon, travel by bus to Cappadocia (approx. 4 hours).
Arrival transfer to hotel.
Overnight in Cappadocia.


Day 10 – Cappadocia | North Tour (B / L)

After breakfast, enjoy a full-day guided Northern Cappadocia Tour:

  • Göreme Open-Air Museum

  • Uçhisar Castle

  • Devrent Valley (Imagination Valley)

  • Avanos – pottery workshops

  • Paşabağ (Monks Valley) – fairy chimneys

  • Çavuşin Village

  • Ürgüp Fairy Chimneys

Transfer to hotel after the tour.
Overnight in Cappadocia.


Day 11 – Cappadocia | South Tour ✧ Flight to Istanbul (B / L)

After breakfast, depart for the Southern Cappadocia Tour:

  • Pigeon Valley

  • Derinkuyu Underground City

  • Selime Monastery

  • Ihlara Valley – scenic canyon walk

After the tour, transfer to the airport for your flight to Istanbul.
Arrival transfer to hotel.
Overnight in Istanbul.


Day 12 – Departure (B)

After breakfast, transfer to Istanbul Airport for your international departure flight.
